Hello Chinese

I was skeptical when my students showed me this. It just seemed too cute. It is cute, but it's also a pretty serious learning app for students who want to learn a bit more Chinese in their down time or during the summer, or just want to supplement what they're learning in class. I am particularly impressed with the pronunciation explanations and coaching. That section is accurate and clear. Developing pronunciation that is clear enough to be understood by your average native speaker is priority one with Chinese, and this little app can give a bit of extra help. The language content is arranged thematically (food, travel, etc.).
